Collaborating for Digital Health and Care in Europe
Community Update
[Greeting]
For most of us in the the digital health community, the proposed European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulation has been one of this year's most debated topics, since its early announcement in May 2022.
Our goal in EHTEL is to support you in offering you some clarity and predictability on this topic. That is why EHTEL made the EHDS a focus of the association's work from early on in its development, through our yearly Imagining 2029 programme. We will continue to concentrate on it over the coming months.
⏺️ Don't miss this education opportunity on the EHDS - just one month away!
On 28-29 November 2022 this year's Thought Leader EHTEL Symposiumoffers you the occasion toexplore together, virtually, the practicalities of the EHDS regulation.

EHTEL joined a group of 29 stakeholders in welcoming the European Commission’s proposal on the European Health Data Space (EHDS). The stakeholders strongly support the aims of the EHDS as proposed by the European Commission, and formulate seven recommendations, aimed at optimising its potential.
The Scottish Government's Digital Health and Care Directorate joined EHTEL because it is well recognised as being one of the most influential digital health networks in Europe.
