webinar

Digital maturity is a term used to describe the ability of an organisation to leverage data to adapt and succeed in an increasingly digital environment. In health or aged care, digital maturity is how extensively the digital environment and data is used to improve health care services, staff and consumer outcomes.
The aged care workforce is increasingly exposed to multiple digital tools with the expectation of immediate uptake to improve quality of care. However, little support is afforded to the aged care workforce to understand how digital tools can facilitate quality of care compounded by competing interest of legislation, financial constraints, accreditation and high acuity needs of care recipients. In this webinar you will be taken on a journey through the different stages of digital maturity and how best to leverage tools to your advantage.
