THCS WP4 has established a learning network for experts testing the THCS Framework for supporting transferability and implementation of practices. On 16 September 2026 it will host the second webinar for projects interested in sharing their solutions through the THCS Knowledge Hub.

The webinar provides guidance for EU-funded RDI projects on how to describe health and social care solutions and their adaptations within the THCS Knowledge Hub. The aim is to make these solutions visible in the THCS Knowledge Hub and to support their transfer and scaling across different contexts.

The webinar offers practical guidance on describing solutions, as well as examples of transferable health and care solutions from participants.
