Fees policy
All the ticket prices do not include VAT.
EHTEL 2019 Symposium is open to both Members and Non-Members. Different fees apply according to the type of participant.
We only accept one registration per participant.
Tickets:
I2M Satellite session - 2 December (FREE)
Networking Buffet - 2 December (€50.00)
Symposium - EHTEL Member - 3-4 December (€200.00)
Symposium - Non-Members - 3-4 December (€300.00)
Anniversary Gala Dinner - 3 December (€60.00)

Refund Policy
In the event that you cannot attend, EHTEL will be glad to accept a substitute. You may name a substitute until 28 November 2019 by revising your registration online.
In the event that you cannot attend and have to cancel your registration, EHTEL will refund your registration fee minus a €20 administrative fee (plus VAT) per cancelled registration if the cancellation is received on or before 22 November 2019. Please cancel online, and allow up to 45 days for your refund.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 22 November 2019.
