Digital skills are considered to be fundamental for today’s and tomorrow’s highly digitalised healthcare ecosystems.
EHTEL member, Fundació TIC Salut, is working, together with the Catalan Health Ministry, on a definition of digital competences for the healthcare workforce.
The collaboration is also planning to design learning and training programmes for health professionals in order for them to be able to update their skills and capabilities.
TicSalutSocial welcomes the opportunity to know more about the situation in different European countries or regions (and beyond) in term of similar initiatives and programmes. Knowing what other good practices and baselines are would help better design the Catalonian regional strategy.
