Before 2 February 2026, the i2X project encourages industry and business partners to complete a 15-20 minute survey on challenges related to EHR systems, inteoperability, AI, and cybersecurity.   

The i2X Project, a European initiative focused on strengthening interoperability, usability, and innovation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.

This questionnaire is intended for companies and professionals involved in developing, integrating, or supporting EHR systems and AI tools in healthcare.

By sharing your perspective, you will help identify key technical barriers and opportunities for improving how health data is structured, exchanged, and leveraged across healthcare settings. 

In turn, this will help EHTEL, and others, to provide you and everyone else with a better support for implementing the EHDS.
