EHTEL is looking for a communication officer who will be in charge of the website and run the digital communication of the organisation, including social media, newsletter, and all related activities. The selected candidate will work on a part-time basis (18 hours per week), mainly remotely. Are you interested? Read the job description and apply by 15 December 2020.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Acting as a website editor, under the supervision of a Chief Editor;
- Analysing statistics of the website and preparing recommendations;
- Animating the EHTEL and project-related social network accounts and interacting with followers;
- Issuing EHTEL Newsletters and event invitations;
- Supporting the association in all its project-related communication tasks, including the preparation of communication plans and reports;
Requirements
- A three-year work experience in a similar function;
- A high standard of spoken and written English + another EU language;
- Experience in photo and video-editing;
- Computer literate in all main Microsoft Office application and one CMS;
- Knowledge in digital health-related matters will be a plus;
Type of contract
- Half-time contract for a free-lance or an employee;
- Working hours: 18 per week, Monday to Friday;
- Contract length: 24 months;

- Reports to: Chief Editor and Secretary General;
